Letter from the President

My first year of university I was struggling to feel the same sense of purpose I once had in high school. I had recently stopped playing team sports, and other than my childhood friends, I wasn’t quite getting the social aspect of my life that I was craving. After joining Alpha Phi, I quickly realized that I had found what I was looking for, a group of amazing women who support and love each other and push each other to achieve everything in your power. Alpha Phi has helped me gain so much confidence both in myself and in my leadership abilities. I never thought that I would get to travel all over North America with my amazing sisters, let alone be our Chapter President, which has been a tremendous honour. Every day, I am a stronger, more confident, and happier person, thanks to Alpha Phi. I have met some of my closest friends, and continue to love getting to know our newest members. The sorority life has allowed me to have so many new exciting experiences, surrounded by women I admire and cherish dearly. I am so thankful for my choice to go Greek, and for the sisters who have always supported me.
